What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, free of pet hair, and in their original condition.
Can I exchange my bandana if I ordered the wrong size?
Yes! If you ordered the wrong size, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
How long does it take to process my order?
Ready-to-ship items typically leave our studio within 2–5 business days. Custom and personalized orders may take a little longer. During holidays and busy shopping seasons, processing times may be extended.
