At Pawtastic Bandanas, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase.

Eligible Returns

• Ready-made, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, free of pet hair, and in their original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized items
• Clearance or sale items
• Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, pet hair, or damage after delivery

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges may be available depending on stock availability. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
